This policy is developed and published by Ternary Technologies Limited and applies to all users of the BENE - Explore Fancy Clubs application (hereinafter referred to as "BENE App" or "the App"). We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and are committed to protecting the online safety and well-being of all users, especially minors.
1. Age Verification and Minors Access Restriction
BENE App is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. We implement a strict age verification process, and users must provide their accurate date of birth during registration to confirm they are at least 18 years old. For users whose age is in doubt, we reserve the right to request additional identification documents.
No individual under the age of 18 may register for or use BENE App. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under the age of 18, we will immediately and permanently suspend their account and reserve the right to report them to their parents or guardians and relevant law enforcement authorities. Users warrant that the age information they provide is true and accurate, and will bear full legal responsibility for providing false age information.
2. Explicit Prohibition of CSAE Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BENE App platform. Violators will face immediate permanent account suspension and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities for criminal prosecution:

Reporting Mechanism
An easily accessible reporting feature is available within the app. Users can report any inappropriate behavior or content they encounter. Once a report is received, our moderation team takes immediate steps to investigate and resolve the issue. We also educate users on how to utilize the reporting feature effectively through in-app notifications and help sections.
2.3 Other Conduct Endangering Child Safety
Impersonating a minor to interact with other users
Sharing minors' personal information (name, address, school, contact details, photos, social media accounts, etc.) without the consent of their legal guardian
Encouraging or instigating minors to engage in dangerous or illegal activities
Using the platform to engage in any illegal activities targeting minors
3. Content Monitoring and Detection
We maintain a dedicated team of content moderators who have received specialized training in CSAE identification and handling, and employ industry-leading automated detection technologies to conduct real-time monitoring of all user-generated content on the platform, including private messages, group messages, profiles, and public posts.
Our systems and moderation team give the highest priority to processing content suspected of involving CSAE. Upon discovery of suspected CSAM content, we will immediately take the following measures:
Immediately remove the relevant content and permanently restrict the publisher's account access
Generate a unique hash value for the content and submit it to the global CSAM sharing database
Conduct a final review and confirmation by the dedicated Child Safety Officer
Immediately report confirmed CSAM and serious CSAE conduct to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement authorities
4. Reporting Mechanism and Processing Procedure
We provide multiple convenient reporting channels for users to report any content or conduct suspected of involving CSAE:
In-app Reporting: A dedicated "Report" option is available in the top-right menu of all user-generated content (posts, comments, profiles, etc.), which includes an exclusive "Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation" category. Users can complete a report in just a few clicks without providing excessive information.
Email Reporting: Send detailed information to mdhasibulislam5577@gmail.com
All CSAE reports will be treated with strict confidentiality and will be prioritized for review and processing by our dedicated child safety team within 24 hours. We commit to:

Providing timely feedback on the processing results to the reporting user (without disclosing investigation confidentialities or other people's privacy)
Taking the most severe disciplinary measures for confirmed violations
